Question about Kenmore 20.6 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator
This is a condensation issue.
Please check the seal for the refrigerator that it is making contact all the way around and that it is free of debris.
A good way to check is put a flashlight in it at night - and turn off the lights and shut the door.
If you can see light - that is where the air is coming in, and keeping the humidity level high in the box.
Alternately - the condensate drip tube may be clogged... and now overflowing.
Check your owners manual for your particular model to see how to clean the tube.
