This is one of the most common complaints with Vista - your old programs may not work. Your only solutions are to either buy a copy of Windows XP (what I would do, personally) and lose the Vista, or find a Vista-compatible version of Printshop. You can try this link, which Microsoft says it will update for free to make your old printshop compatable. If that doesn't work, there are 1000's of excellent free print programs at download.com here.
