Question about Heating & Cooling
I have an Everstar MPM-08CR-BB4 and the unit was working for about four hours before I turned the unit off. The next morning I went to turn it on again and the units power light was off. I then made sure that it was plugged in and it was. The grounded plug trips when I plugged it in. The prongs on the plug had some debris on them from being stored, I cleaned the unit and it worked fine the first time I used it out of storage. And it is plugged in to a GFCI outlet, and the outlet was not tripped.

The P1 code means the lower water bowl is full.
Put a pan under it an pull the lower plug (some 10" below the upper drain plug that I hope you have a hose attached to.

Make sure the water container is clicked in properly. I found this to display the P1 and flashing red light if the floater switch is not properly engaged.
