Check Flow Indicator Filter under the Flow Indicator. Turn Indicator cap counter-clockwise, remove rotor. Filter is under rotor and pulls out. Clean filter. Additionally, check LINT FILTER in the clean water tank cap. Check you User's Guide if you have more questions or call the Bissell Consumer Care at 1-800-237-7691 The other thing you can do in this case is reseat the tank. It may be blocking the housing connection but the sprayer connection is smaller and open. Cleaning the filters after each use though is recommended.
Try cleaning the Flow Indicator Filter. Turn the Flow Indicator Cap counter-clockwise to remove, lift rotor and filter. Clean filter and replace in reverse order. Bissell's Consumer Care # 1-800-237-7691
The ProTeam backpacks us a 1.5" hose and attachments. The way that the floor tool is removed is by unscrewing the collar of the attachment. Simply turn counter clockwise on the the part of the attachment that is secured to the wand and doesn't rotate.
This should loosen the floor attachment, and you may then pull it off. The other floor attachment can be fitted, and then screwed on by rotating the opposite way, clockwise which will secure the attachment to the wand.

Raise the light assessory on the front of the vac. Remove the roller assembly by rotating the square dial as indicated by the arrows. Then you must attach the accessory that sort of looks like a 4 inch square open box to the front of the vac where you removed the roller assembly and lock into place. Next you remove your bag assembly by unsnapping at the top of the handle to the vac, then at the base of the bag assembly you must unlock the plastic base from the metal vac unit by turning it counter clockwise and then pulling off. Finally you attach the hose assembly where you removed the bag assembly and lock into place by turning clockwise (reverse of taking off bag assembly base). Put vac in neutral and power on. Now you will blow from the hose assembly.
Make sure the height adjustment is all the way up on the highest setting.(This makes it easier to remove or replace the brush head or accesories.)Turn the belt lifter knob on the brush head all the way counter clockwise.Raise the headlight assembly to expose the brush head lock.Unlock the brush head and remove, then attach the hose to the machine, and lock it down. The hose is now ready to be used.
Note:When removing the brush head, make the belt lifter knob the fist thing you turn when removing it,and the last thing you turn taking it off.
The hose attaches in place of the beater-bar head unit. To remove the head unit, lift the headlight assembly, then turn the square gray Kirby emblem counter-clockwise 3/4 of the way around until the red triangle on the square portion aligns with the red triangle on the base unit (this disengages the belt). Then flip the silver metal fastener that was underneath the headlight to release the head unit and remove the head unit. To attach the hose, simply line it up so that the safety button is engaged by the hose assembly and then use the metal fastener under the headlight to secure the hose to the base unit.
