Question about Televison & Video
Hello, I got a problem on my ILO05. That is ?NO DISC? to any dvd disc .I need to know this is from the Laser or from the Spindle motor? I don?t have a Circuit Diagram for this. I saw the laser read when it?s play. But the spindle motor doesn?t work (doesn?t rotate)So if any one who repair this please help me. I?m from Sri Lanka

SOURCE: ILO05 "NO DISC" Fault
Hello senaka, First I would check the motor with an ohmmeter to see if it if blown out, if it is replace it if the motor is ok then check the motor supply circuitry. I believe that the motor is not getting the proper voltages. This may have caused or be the result of your capacitor failure. Also clean the laser with a DVD cleaning disk .
