Maybe the product doesn't support it. You can probably try something different or maybe do a troubleshoot on it or something.

hi :) u mean before u can use with loudspeaker,mean the speaker hearing people talking cant work ?? if now both speaker cant work,mean both speaker was apoil.pls send to mobile shop exchange new speaker.

Update your audio driver by going to the support website of your computer manufacturer.

Hi there bud...Try make sure you have the drivers installed for your Sound Card or motherboard...These should of come with the Sound card or Motherboard on a disk...Just run setup and install...if thats that the case here...what i suggest is try it on any other Pc that you know speakers have worked on...and if it does the same , then it could be that the speakers are faulty..

Are you have the headphones and speakers both pluged in? When you plug in headphones the speakers get muted. You need to change your sound settings back to your sound card if you use usb headphones. The plug on the front of the 4700 also automatically mutes the speakers.

I have logitech 530 speakers, can only get 2 speakers and sub to work. Just installed new sound card. When I run a test on all speakers they work, till i try to listen to music, then only 3 work

Hi.........i have a compaq presario 700 series.In my laptop if i plugged my headphone into my laptop the lap speakers cant stop working,both laptop and headphone speakers are working

it is problem in Speaker, u have to change speaker for ur mobile phone after changing ur mobile speaker will work.

follow the below checklist :

Check1 : Is power for speakers on

Check2 : Are speakers connected correctly to laptop (fixcables)

Check3 : nothing on volume control is muted

Check 4 : try to check with other pc or laptop if speakers are working.

If speakers are working with other computer , then all you need to do is instal audio drivers from mother board CD which you get from hardware manufacturer....

If the speaker is not working with other PC

check 5: if all the wires are in good condtion

If yes.. then contact hardware manufacturer

If no.... fix wires correctly ......
