No power to Gaggia Syncrony Logic

I have been given a Gaggia Syncrony Logic machine as it doesnt work, and had hoped to revive it.

The unit has no power at all, I cannot get any lights on. I have checked the fuse, as well as an in-line fuse inside. I have tested the micro switches on the doors and other places and all seem fine.

Can anybody suggest what might be the cause?

Re the Gaggia no power problem, the machine does have a re set button, 2 in fact the boiler unit must be removed and the two reset switches are between the sender units (brown in colour).
After disconecting the power source open the machine (top off)The three alan head screws that retain the boiler (front of the machine) unit must be removed it can be lifted clear to gain access to the bottom of the unit where the reset buttons are.
This will save hundreds of dollars in shipping and service fees.
DIY takes about 10-20 min well worth it.
Take care when doing this opperation 240 volts can kill.

I oped the front door, took out the 3 screws, now what. How to take out the boiler unit to get to the resets?

Works again. Thank you. Have to take off the top of the unit there's a few screws on top and under it. Then open front door locate and remove the 3 Allen key bolts. On the top of he unit You may have to cut the cable ties holding the boiler down, on the bottom side of the boiler are 2 brown switches. Push them both in and that's it, now put it back together again.

I have a repair job on this exact machine, with the exact same problem . just solved it tonight after two weeks trying every thing i could think of . accidently brushed against the temp senders on the boiler coil, they seem to have a reset button well hidden between the contact wires . problem solved! apart from reversed polarity from crossed wires on the main feed to the mother board . this was evident when i powered up and when i pressed the steam button it activated the coffee grinder !. switched the wires back job complete time for a well earned cup of joe cheers gbw

I have the same problem, but is it really the boiler? The boiler is a red cylinder hanging in rubber holders to the right of the machine (as seen from the front) - right?
Or is it in the bottom of the metal casing fastened with three screws accessible from the front of the machine?

i did the fix following spjyatchs instructions and it worked fine. The boiler is the metal cylyder on the left of the machine (looking from the front - remove the 3 hex screws through the open door and behind the dreg bucket and main coffee dispensing unit). I had to snip the zip-ties that held the cable in place before lifting the boiler up to get at the trip resets. after that it was a 5 minute fix to put everything back together again. Sat here with my first good coffee for two weeks..... thanks spjyatchs, saved me a fortune.

The only other thing i can think of is the main board, check to see if there is a problem on that.

We have a Gaggia Syncrony Logic that is just over two years old. After each brew cycle, the puck is successfully ejected but water and some grounds flow out under the drip tray instead of into it....

Hi
Check the drain behind the brew unit. There is a pocket below the injector that can plug up and cause water to drain under the drip tray. Check this first. Stick you finger in the pocket and see if there is water in it. If there is, the drain below and to the right is plugged and just needs to be cleaned.

Hi, Our Gaggia machine will not disburse water through coffee dispenser. Sounds like its operating normally till water flow should happen. Then the motor slows down to nothing. Have descaled to no effect....

Try this press the button for ground coffee then when it lights up press the coffee brew button, if water flows normally then the grind on the grinder needs to be adjusted coarser, if no water then the screen on the brew unit is blocked.
