Just to be sure also check your hose if that did not help.
Could be a bit squeezed. :)

Middle wash arm and top wash arm not turning. Water comes out of two outside holes on middle wash arm....

Is it filling with enough water? If not sure dump another gallon of water in there once it stopped filling. If still not working I would take the pump apart and check for excessive blockage anywhere or broken chopper. If everything looks good then you probably need a new motor with impeller.

LDF7932ST LG dishwasher top and bottom arms not turning. Diagnostic test mode "power+spray+ rinse" does not work.

I put a new lower spray arm and very little water comes out of it. There is quite a bit of water that comes out of the middle and top. The top does not spin but has quite a bit of water and the middle spins really good.

We have run the dishwasher through several cycles, there is no water whatso ever getting to the top rack of dishes , the bottom rack is pretty clean but the top is dry like it has no water at all

Try unscrewing the top and middle arms and soaking them in vinegar or CLR to remove any calcification that could be blocking the spray holes. If that does not work there is a blockage somewhere between the middle and top water feed. and the entire casing needs to be taken apart to verify where it is.

My dishes are not getting clean and the door doesn't seem to even get wet. It looks as if the top and middle spray arms are not turning. Both spray arms are cleaned out.

I would suggest you check de waste filter and pump. Normally, such electric devices have a protection that prevents water getting inside if waste water cannot be cleared.
Good luck!

The unit goes through its cycles but the top rack is not getting clean. The bottom spray wheel works, the middle and top spray arms are getting water but it seems not enough to make them rotate. The pump...

The problem is likely to be that the jets in the rotor arm are blocked.

To check this, remove the arm (it is easy to do, as it is intended for the user to do this) and clean out all the holes. Try running water from you tap through the holes (backward flow) to remove anything that is too large to pass through the jets.

Water not getting to upper wash arm / glasses on top rack are dirty after the cycle - I do not know how to take out top slide basket to check water flow in tube at rear of machine-

remove the roller rack plastic end caps this will let you remove the upper rack, then you can replace the whole wash conduit from the bottom sump all the way to the top, also if theres a middle(center arm) this has a horn on it that is to seal when the rack and door are in and closed, but after while the water wears out the plastic o-ring and they leak and you lose water pressure to the top wash arm

The middle and top sprayer is not rotating, causing dirt to remain on the dishes. What controls these sprayers?

When you push the top drawer back to close the door the arm engages into what looks like a small doughnut this is where the water is pumped through your machine.
Both the middle and lower arms get there water this way. Take the lower basket out completly and look at the end of the arm where the water goes in has you lost the small rubber sealing ring it's usually orange in colour and forms a seal when the door is shut.?
If this rubber ring is missing the water will not get pumped to the top of the machine it will just flood out of this connection.

Top spray arm not connected to anything so dishes dont wash properly

as long as you have a spout mounted in the middle of the top basket, everything is fine , water will spray from top nozzel (mounted in ceiling of dishwasher) into spout entering spray arm.

Top rack not cleaning and spray arm possibly not moving

I removed the lower arm, the strainer, and three screws (Torx, but I used small allen wrench). I took of the pump cover, and found a small white ball blocking the tube that goes to the top rack sprayer. I put everything back except the ball. It has worked well ever since.
