The waistinktank is full and has to be changed. Buy a new one from a service partner. Dont clean the old one, cause the felt will be as stone afterwards and wont take up any ink! Thank you for the info on how to fix a MFC 420cn I had a full waste tank. I removed it and cleaned it. I reset the purge counter and it worked great!

Mine did this also. I was told to just buy a new one - it would be too expensive to have fixed. So, I bought a refurbished one for about $50.00. Probably your best bet - I think it is trashed when it gets to this point.
