Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to change batteries on pocketmouse oro wireless72117

Hello

Turn the mouse around with the label facing upside-down. Holding it with both hands, place your thumbs on the left and right side a little below the label. Using your thumbs, push the top of the mouse forward to see if the cover comes off easily and reveals the battery compartment.

Good luck and let me know if this help.

My kensington wireless mouse model 72117 is not being recognised by windows XP

You need to download the driver. Windows xp does not have a lot of drivers in its data base. If the mouse came with disc you can get it off of disc , if not you have to go to manufacturers website to download. Usually under support and downloads on websites.

Mouse didn't work on my computer

Are the batteries good in the mouse?
Try
Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud
