Cant get computer to recognize wireless headset

Wireless ? i supposed that is Bluetooth.
First solution.
Go to : Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System
Than Device manager under Bluetooth drivers right click and update driver software.

Second solution.

Go to : Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System
Than Device manager under Bluetooth uninstall all drivers you see and thick box Delete the driver software for this device. Restart and try headset.

your computer doesnt have bluetooth,you will need to get a usb bluetooth dongle,like one with a wireless mouse,invest in a wireless mouse and then you will have bluetooth

Wont Turn On

Check and make sure the charge hasn't gone to full 0, could be a bad battery pack, or charger circuit. If they are OK hold it under water in the back of the toilet for 3 minutes or take it to a TECH because you sure aren't going to be qualified to fix it or you wouldn't have come here.
