According to the manual, to max out the board's RAM you'd need to install 2 1GB sticks of DDR RAM. It can support DDR400/333/266. 2GB is it's maximum capacity.

Its usually a good idea to get equal sticks. Also make sure you know how much ram your motherboard can recognize.

You can calculate it yourself.
a = the number of simm slots
b= the maxium value of ram chip the moher board allows


there for the total is a * b ram memory
eg 2 slots , 512mb max memory chip size = 1024mb memory max

Unlimited size of hard disk, DDR400 memory (max 1GB per slot) but don't go beyond 2GB anyway, it doesn't support more.
