Yes all can be replaced. They sell complete replacments at Orchards, Home Depot or Lowes. Just make sure you are getting the right parts.

How do I fix my drain?

Presumably you are mentioning a kitchen or bathroom sink drain?
Underneath most sinks there is a "P" trap leading to the drain line which goes out to the outside sewer system. Occasionally the drain line is simply loose and needs tightening by hand or lightly with a wrench. (do not over tighten) If not, loosen the fitting(s), removing the drain line and replacing the seals is in order. These seals can be purchased at most hardware stores. Be sure to have a small bucket handy to catch water residue in the "P" trap once removed and, be sure to clean and wipe all ends of the pipe prior to reassembly so the seals will work properly.

Newer Maytag dishwasher smells really bad inside

This problem can normally be fixed very simply and you can do it yourself.
1. There is a flexible drain line that goes from dishwasher to the sink drain line or garbage disposer.
2 You will find this flexible drain underneath the kitchen sink.
3. Make sure that the flexible dishwasher drain line goes up above the sinks lower portion of the sink basin and then comes back down into the sinks drain line or grabage disposer. The dishwasher flexible drain line must go above the bottom of sink basin like an upside down u shape, it will act as a upside down p-trap that you see under the sink in the sink drainline.
4. Once you have the flexible dishwasher drain line in this configuration (upside down U shape or p-trap) it will prevent air from leaking out of the dishwasher as the smell you are smelling is coming from the drian line.
5. You should also look inside the bottom of dishwasherr to make sure the drain screen is not clogged up.

This summer I purchased a eljer toilet. it listed as a 10 flush which is the best I guess. now it is continually turning on to level out the tank. is this normal for eljer toilets? and if not what has to...

ok, this sounds like a float or valve issue, should be an easy fix. you can adjust the float or just replace it with the one piece type. you may not be able to adjust it and get it to work, so I think the best thing to do is just replace the whole float assembly. About ten dollars or so at home depot or someplace like that. Turn off the supply valve, flush the toilet, and drain the tank by removing the plastic nut underneath on the left side. Drain the remaining water into a bowl. There is also a nut on the supply line that will need to be removed first. When you remove the nut that is flush with the bottom of the tank that also holds the valve in place inside. Take off the rubber hose inside the tank and remove the entire float and valve. The new one piece will have a adjustment for the tank level by just turning the entire unit. Make sure you put the rubber washer that is supplied with it on the bottom and put it back into the tank and tighten from the bottom with the new plastic nut. Make sure the valve inside is pointed at the plastic tube and re-attach the rubber hose. Then attach the supply line, tight, but not with a tool, just your hand. Turn on the supply valve, re-fill the tank, flush, and check for leaks. Remember, buy the one piece type, should be a gray valve with a black float built right on it. Good luck

THE PART YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT IS CALLED DRAIN TAIL PIECE. THE DRAIN YOU CAN REMOVE BY LOSENING THE NUT UNDER THE SINK WHILE SOME ONE HOLDS THE DRAIN INSIDE THE SINK FROM TURNING THE OART KEAKING IS CALLED A SPUD GASKET WHICH SEALS THE DRAIN TO THE SINK

How To Connect Sinks Drain

No matter what type of sink you purchase, the drain and water-supply connections are generally installed in the same way. Hand-tighten a female adapter onto the drain stub-out at the wall. Slide slip nuts onto the drain arm and the sink's tailpiece. Fit a P-trap in place and tighten the slip nuts by hand. Connect flexible water-supply tubes onto the faucet's tailpieces, and route them to the shut-off valves. Tighten coupling nuts with an adjustable wrench. Remove the faucet aerator, turn on the water, check for leaks at the shutoff valves, and then turn on the faucet to check for leaks in the drain assembly. Replace the aerator.
