Loaded ios7 and I don't like it...can I off load it?

This all depends on which iPod you have ....
IOS7 is only compatible with:

iPhone 4

iPhone 4S

iPhone 5

iPad 2

3rd generation iPad with Retina

4th generation iPad with Retina

iPad Mini

5th generation iPod touch

So if you do not have one of these you cannot install IOS7.

The iPod nano 7G doesn't support IOS7.
The latest firmware available is 1.0.3, which you can get by connecting your iPod to iTunes.

P.S. 7G and IOS7 may sound like the same, but there's a huge difference among these two.
7G refers to 7th iteration of iPod nano line-up
IOS7 refers to the 7th iteration of the operating system meant for iPhone/iPad/iPod touch (devices with bigger screens and beefier processors)

Have you checked on the Apple website. There is sure to be a solution there shortly, as a lot of people will have the same problem. As usual when Apple release something new.

Unfortunately no. With Apples current security update. Namely where it prevents you from downgrading so as to prevent you from jailbreaking. The only way you can downgrade is if at one point you saved a backup on the older iOS your're wanting to run. Then yes you can downgrade.

You may have added a 4-digit code during the set up phase after iOS7 installed. I noticed apple added this as a step in the new updates.

If you cannot figure out your code, plug the device into your computer, open iTunes, and do a factory reset. Hopefully you created a backup before installing iOS7, but if not make sure to create a back up before doing the factory restore.

After restoring, just place the backup back on the device.

There seems to be a lot of folks having issues with Instagram after updating to iOS7. Make sure you have updated to the latest version of Instagram available. If you still have issues you could try the following which quite a few people have reported fixes the issue:

I have the same problem and found no solution. I realized this issue after upgrading to iOS7 iPad. With iOS 6 functioned normally to load, then not.

Is it always loud or just when it is a full load. If the load is unbalanced it will be loud. Most F/L washers today have some kind of unbalanced load detection, but they are not all that great. If it spins quietly when empty it is just an unbalanced load. Don't over load and don't mix rugs with clothes, pillows, etc...

OK, when does it say that? What are you doing or trying to do when that message comes up. Be specific and tell us what the message says.
