How old is your printer? What tends to happen with most rollers is that the rollers that grab the paper, lose their stickiness after much use. These rollers tend to get kind of smooth. What you need to do is grab an eraser, the kind we used to use in school and try and erase all around the roller until it feels "rougher." This will aid in helping to feed the paper without any problems. Good luck.

    Doreen,

If your problem continues, you may want to know that your Canon printer is still under warranty. Check:

    http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/contro...

The Product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. Product returned to a Canon USA repair facility or a Canon USA Authorized Service Facility ("ASF"), and proven to be defective upon inspection will be (a) repaired utilizing new, remanufactured, repaired and/or recycled parts (b) exchanged for new or; (c) exchanged for a refurbished Product, as determined by the Canon USA repair facility or the ASF.

If your printer is only 2 months old, you're still under their warranty period.

try to clean the rubber rollers in the paper feeding section. There must be some dirt's or things that causes the roller to slide and set the paper guide properly.

My canon pixma MP210, is not feeding the paper through, seems to jam, but printer still is printing. The paper is taken about 10cms into printer, then twists slightly but does not fee through. Have checked...

There is a foreign object in the paper tray. Because it is curved you cannot see it. It is stuck in the narrowed area right before the feeding rollers.
Disconnect the cables and rotate the printer in a way it stands on its back.
Open the front cover. Use long thin flat screw driver that can go trough the paper out area and to reach the feed roller.Insert the screw driver between each pressure roller and the the feed roller to release the object. If successful it will fall out from the tray. Usually it's a coin, pen, point-protector, ruller, paper clip and so on.

When i click print the paper feeds fromright side and jams.

if your paper feed not straight, most probably the feed roller.. the roller which feed the paper is broken.. the normal broken area is the tip holding the roller, it can be repaired if you know how to open the printer and remove the roller.. you can always drill a small hole and insert a small round wood piece..
to be sure, try feeling the roller with your hand first.. if there is much free space between the roller and lower part.. then most probably it's broken..

Paper wont feed into printer no paper jam

In the comments section Blumm suggests pushing a piece of cardboard (like the back of a legal pad) through the feeder as far as you can. Turn the printer off and then on again with it in there. Pull the cardboard out and check for any foreign objects that have been pushed through.
It worked for many people including myself - I got a piece of plastic and it works wonderfully again!

Paper feeds crooked into the printer

Check the adjustments for the paper your using. Open the printer and look on the rollers you'll probably find paper or an obstruction clear it and also clean then rubber moving parts with isopropyl alcohol to give them their grip back.
