Question about Computers & Internet
My daughter dropped Fisher-Price "Grow Before Your Eyes Puppy" hard to the floor and now it doesn't work. It will start to say the greeting, "Hi, Lill..." but then stops. No more language, no more movement. Tried reboot button on toy, still nothing. Plugged USB cable in to try to override issue by downloading software again, didn't fix the problem, got error message "missing .rbf file, contact customer service." Is the toy permanently broken or can it be saved?
I would say it is screwed, maybe a crack in the main board or if your lucky a loose wire, if your brave open it up and take a look see if anything is smashed or come loose, but in general i think your daughter has just lost a toy :-(

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
