Will not pick up satellites

Without more information, it is hard to help. However, when we bought ours, we had trouble getting the unit to locate the satellites. The fix, was to get in the car and drive with it for about 15 to 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes of driving, we kept inputting our home address (we also deleted the home address between inputs). After about 4-6 attempts it finally took and located the satellites. it has worked exceptionally well since then.
