Tv blew fuse, I replaced fuse and it blew again. I determined that the Hor.Output transistor was bad, replaced it and now it tries to turn on, high voltage crackles some if I put my hand on the front of screen but it will not light up. I Hear a ticking sound (like a Watch) coming from around the Flyback Transformer but I don't see a spark.

ticking sound (like a Watch) coming from around the Flyback Transformer but I don't see a spark is called EHT voltage .
if eht voltage is ok
1 check filament is glowing or not if it is ok check voltages on crt.
2 if it is ok check luminance section in chroma section.
if filament is not glowing check for low eht due to hor section
check power supply output also.
good luck
