Question about Creative Labs Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra MP3 Player
Ok, this could be any number of things. It could be the hard drive, the motherboard, or the battery connection. You should attempt to do 2 things before sending it in for service: 1. Backup all your files onto your computer, and reformat the drive. You'll have to put it into recovery mode to reformat it. 2. Reload the firmware. First check and see which version you have, then write it down, and reinstall that same version (so you can keep using the same programs you are currently using, etc). If the problem still persists, you may have a hard drive or hardware issue and will need to get it serviced. P.S. I'd bet on the hard drive.
