Question about Motorola Mobility H710 Bluetooth Headset

1 Answer

The phone will read that it is paired with a Motorola H715, although the packaging identifies the bluetooth as an H710, but the phone never really pairs and will not work with this bluetooth. I have returned it for a new H710 and the same problem exists. Sprint checked it out and could not figure out the problem. Office Depot does not offer refunds on electronics that were opened. Can you help???

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I just had to purchase a replacement iphone. Tried to pair it with my Motorola H715 earpiece and it will not recognize my pin #

Which PIN have you tried? You see, the pairing code for this headset is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros).
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Motorola h715 bluetooth pin number

Try '0000' (four zeros), which is the code chosen by the vast majority of bluetooth devices' manufactures.
I was able to find the user guide for the H710 headset, but unfortunately not for the H715. It's here, anyway. Hope you find it useful, somehow.
Cheers! Carlos

after you connect one phone. go into phone settings and turn off bluetooth. go to second phone open bluetooth options. not put your h710 into pairing mode. once paired, go back to original phone, turn bluetooth setting back on, and both devices are now paired.

Connecting a motorola h715 headset to a motorola razr

turn the bluetooth feature on the phone on, power up the headset, it should be solid blue. Then tell the phone to pair (or find devices). There are video instructions on pairing Motorola headset to the phone on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category. Example are for Motorola and Nokia phones. Even if you have a different phone it should give the general idea as to what the pattern is that you need to follow.
