CAN I USE THE KRAMER STRIKER WIRELESS GUITAR WHICH CAME WITH THE PS2 GAME ON THE PS3 GAME?

With an adapter like this it is possible but from what I've heard it doesn't work very well with the PS2 guitars.

The wireless controller for the guitar hero wont go its also hard to plug into the PS2


if its hard to plug in look at the plug to see if any of the pins that plug into the console are bent or missing

After some tinkering, I was able to fix this problem myself. When I detached the neck, I noticed that the spring-loaded pins from the guitar body had pressed hard enough on the thin contact points that they created holes that went through to the circuit board, thus causing the intermittent signal loss problems. A carefully applied drop of solder on each of the contact points in the neck has my controller now working flawlessly once again.
