1. For email push, you need to connect using 3G or GPRS. Check with your service provider to configure this. Once you have Internet setup, setup an email account that supports active push, eg MS Exchange.
2. Connect the data cable (USB) to the PC and when prompted (in the PHONE) select mass storage option.
