Question about Computers & Internet
I've had this laptop for 7 years now, a couple of years back the screen was closed quite hard and it would start but nothing came up on the screen. Anyway, I've left it for a couple of years without doing anything, pulled it up to restart it and there isn't any problem with the screen now, it just starts until it shows on screen windows (when it thinks before fully booting up) and then it restarts again, it just keeps doing that.
I have put the recovery disk in and tried to recover it that way, it boots up does its thing and asks for a system serial number, I believe this is under the laptop, I can just about read the number on it as its fading and then when I click enter it tells me this system has no valid information. So I don't know if I am entering the wrong numbers as I can just about read the serial number or there is something else wrong with it? Please help.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
