Question about HP PSC 1610v All-in-One Printer
Hi Danger, I think the compleate message when you try to scan from the scan button is NO scan options install or load software... if yes this can be solved by performing the solution below: You can try to scan from the HP software Clik on start>> All programes>> HP >> HP director and then try to scan from it. If the scan from the HP software works try the steps in the below weblink this will fix the issue.. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?docname=c00503569&cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&dlc=en&lang=en You can also try to download and run the HP scan diagonistic utility: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=oj-45265-1&cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=390315&dlc=en&lang=en Just click on the above link and in the download webpage click on the download only button and select save to save the software to the computer desktop and run it to check with the scanning issue and once the utility is compleated click on the fix button so that it will try to fix the issue.
