my ipod nano has frozen,says its charging but is holding no charge. have restored it to original settings now just stuck on the first language screen...will not reset either!!

You may be doing the reset wrong. Try doing this: Toggle the hold switch and put it back in the off position. Then press and hold the center button and the menu button simultaneously for ten seconds and the apple symbol should come up on the screen. Then it should work like normal. Hope this helps you!
