Dear Support, I bought 2 Sanyo VPC s870 digital cameras last year (2008). In the last week they have both developed the same problems. Both lenses won't retract, whenever I take a picture or video (press the button down, it auto shuts down, sometimes leaving a print of the picture on the screen (outline). Occasionally the camera doesn't turn on at all, there is just a red flashing light. I've tried all different brands of batteries, new and old, 'formatted' the internal memory and card memory. I've bought new SD cards. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you
