Re: It doesn't turn on.
Here is the manual for it http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock370/815ep/cusl2-c/cusl2c-104.pdf
Usually the light should stay on when its on and off when off, typically if it flashes, the powersupply itself is shutting off and coming back on. I would replace it first and go from there becaquse these LED's dont have a flash feature for this mobo.

if you are able to enter the BIOS: try to load default BIOS settings and saving.
if you cannot enter the BIOS, you may try downloading the latest BIOS version firmware from the manufacturer's website. to do so, you need another computer with a floppy disk drive. download the package and run it, usually a wizard will guide you through the process. this will result in a bootable floppy, from which you should boot to 'upgrade' the BIOS in your pc...
This errror coming from motherboard because your BIOS version is different as compare with new version, so download new BIOS for ASUS Intel 815E Chipset CUSL2-C from web site of ASUS there is detailed step of How to upgrade BIOS, you can upgrade BIOS by creating Bootble Disc otherwise you can Upgrade from OS.
I hope that this has been very helpful for you
can you give me the beeps explanation. All computers have a standard "beep code" this is a standard code to determine the problems in boot up. Long beeps, short beeps, intermittent beeps all mean something. Can you give me your best definition of the beep codes ? long, short, quick successive beeps etc also can you give the nake and model of the computer.

You need to go into your BIOS and disable chassis intrusion detection. You can get into your BIOS usually by pressing either F!, F2, DEL, or F10 when the computer boots up. Check with your motherboard manual or look on the startup screen for the correct key.
