Crazy Picture

The t.v. has a bunch of scrammbled lines from top to bottom. Sometimes a little stomp on the floor, are a shake of the t.v.(which i know is not good) clears it up for a bit. Just trying to get a little advice on what to do. It looks like when theres something scrambling your tv. The picture is there, but the lines make it a pain to see and rough on the eyes. It has gotten worse, I read were it may be a hyper module, if this is the case is it something I can fix myself, and if so how?
