If you have no power or lights flashing then you have to check your ac cord and ac supply this is the power socket itself if good then power supply board fuses after this check dg board be aware there high voltage and its dangerous to touch these circuts. if your not familiar with electronics and voltages. let a pro take a look at it and find the bad circut or fualty boards. hope this helps..

Switch off TV, switch off power, remove plug and wait for 48 hours and retry.
If problem persists, I suggest it is better to refer it to a qualified service

Panasonic 42 inch plasma wont turn on. red light blinks 10 times
I unpluged mine and the light was still blinking when it was unpluged. I thought that was weird. So I pluged it back in and just heald the power button in untill the light went out. It went out within ten seconds. I pushed the power button again and the tv went on. WOOHOO!!! Just needed reset, I guess.

Panasonic 42 Inch takes 15 seconds to come on
Okay, This is not i huge issue plasma do take some time 15 secounds would be kinda noraml there. I would say leave it alone until you find another mahor issue as 15 sec for a plasma on total cool down is not a issue as of yet.
