Lost instructions on how to change message on answering machine Please Help

This was not the same machine but I was able to change my message by going the remote route.
I just cancelled the old message and recorded the new with the prompts. Don't forget to push the end prompt which is 5# or your message has a long silent tail.
Thanks again for the shortcut to the solution.
