Question about Samsung CLP-500N Laser Printer
I have replaced the toner cartridges as well as the transfer belt, but I am still having a black strip run down each printed page. Please help!
You need to open the small lid on each toner cartridge (to reveal the drum cylinder) and check if the line mark appears on any of them. If the case, you have some sort of contamination making a permanent mark on the affected cartridge. It can be a piece of paper, dirt, or loose part. If the toners are clean, your problem might be routed to the LSU (laser scanner unit) for which you need an Authorized Service Center to assist you.
