Check your ground wire off the battery sometimes you have to change it or move where it is grounded to the frame. try jumping across selanoid if it cranks then more than likely it is the ground if it doesn't u may need a new selanoid .i have takin my safety switchs and pulled the wire off and jumped across them with a wire if they are just a 2 wire hook up u can check them like that but to me it sounds like a ground wire or selanoid

1994 Dodge Ram Van B250 Check Engine light doesn't come on, van won't crank, won't start....nothing when key is turned on It is not battery......buzzer and such does come on when key is turned on

I know you said it isn't the battery, forgive me, be sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Use a test lite and follow battery voltage. Battery ground is important also.
The battery voltage may lead to junction block--fusible links--fuse box?
At the fuse-box, pick any component that has a fuse, check fuse circuit for voltage, use a test lite. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with key on, test both ways.
If the starter motor won't crank, check voltage and ground for the starter motor. Usually two voltage circuits at the starter motor, one comes from the battery, hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot with key in the crank position and is probably wired through the clutch or neutral switch then through the starter relay, where applicable, to the starter motor. The starter motor usually grounds through the engine block, so, battery negative connection is important.
Any testing at starter motor, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and functional parking brake is set. Safety is your responsibility. You don't want the vehicle to move during testing.

2000 ford Taurus will not turn over tried everything I can think of battery fues and starter all good been sitting for 3 weeks will not start and the shifter is now not aligned properly

The engine will no crank , want to verify what you got happening Here . Do you have a crank - no start or a no crank no start ? Some people on here get this mixed up ! Or when you turn the key to the start position does anything happen ! If when you turn the key to the start position an nothing happens , check the start relay in the under hood fuse / relay box . # 22 also check fuse 30 - F107 40 amp , Do you know what a relay is ? Also check fuse F237 15amp fuse in the central junction box inside the car under the dash , could be left or right side .The shifter not aligned how , not in park ?

My 2001 Z Master 286E will crank but has no spark. I checked 4 fuses and all are good. I had to jump it with a bosster box to get it started last week. I got off the seat without setting the parking brake...

Sounds like one of your safety switches may be grounding your ignition coil, you should notice a wire ( probably black) coming from under your engine shroud and connected to a grounded post remove this wire so it isn't touching any metal and then see if you have spark, if so you have a grounding issue.

Were is the starter cylinoid on a 2001 impala

You may have more than one problem.
How does the battery die out if the engine will not crank ?
If you have a good battery, and the starter does not crank the engine, you have a crank fuse and a relay in the box near the battery that would need to be checked for power. After that, power goes thru the park neutral switch on the transmission before getting to the starter.

Looking for a fuse box diagram 2002 bmustang gt battery is good new battery terminals no crank

Here is the wiring diagram showing the fuse, which should be a 40 amp fuse in the engine compartment relay box. If this isn't the problem, I recommend a quick troubleshooting step of jumping the solenoid terminals--make sure the car is in park or neutral with the parking brake set. Let me know if yopu have questions.

I have an RZT50 Cub Cadet Mower that only starts with jump

it sounds like the starter motor is pulling to many amps for the battery to cope with. if its a 12v system it should not pull the battery down to less than 8.5 volts on cranking if it does the starter-motor is defective you can check this with a volt meeter across the battery terminals and see what it read as you crank the engine. hope this helps
