All the lights blink and the ink cart wont move.

my printer was printing a paper and i had the door closed where the paper comes out when its done printing then i opened the door and i thought the paper was stuck so i forced and pulled it out and it came out have printed and know i have all the buttons blinking and the ink cart wont move.
