Question about HP Pavilion a320n PC Desktop

1 Answer

Wanting to combine 2 computers to create a better performing one.

My computer system is slightly lacking on performance when it comes to the ways of gaming and some other small functions. I have come to see units that allow you to run like a double software from one unit, but I began to wonder if there is a way that I can take 2 HP Pavillion A320N's I believe they are and link them up in a manner that will utilize both towers memory, processing, video, and audio and basicly allow it to "boost" performance via using both towers as if they were 1.

Would this be capable working by jumping the 2 units together and setting all settings on the second as if it were just a slave unit like adding additional hardware into a unit. I hope this is capable of being done cause I can't exactly afford a new pc as money is currently being used to solve some vehicle issues.

Hope I can get some information and possibly some information on how to accomplish what I'm wanting.

I was slightly afraid that it would not be able to be done. Thanks for your information and I'll just have to look the unit over a little closer. See what can be and can't be done internally. See what I can possibly upgrade if at all. Many thanks Mrninja

Sorry to say that is not exactly possible for many reasons like very few motherboards can run on 2 cpu's and video cards, etc but you should be able to take the best parts and combine them into 1 unit, you can have 2 hardrives also but stuff like RAM ... only as much as the mobo can handle... a computer is only as fast as its front-side bus..please feel free to write back for more assistance

Computer blue screen of death is usually related to hardware or driver. It is typically caused by software errors in device drivers: in Windows systems by poorly written device drive . They can also be caused by physical hardware faults, such as faulty RAM memory or power supplies, overheating of components, or hardware which is run beyond its specification limits . On the other hand, registry damage, corrupted program and viruses are the major causes of computer blue screen, too. According to the issue you've got, the following tips may be available to you.1.An efficiency troubleshooting step on hardware is to start your computer with the minimum hardware necessary to run the operating system. If your computer starts successfully it proves that one of the removed hardware devices was the cause of the STOP message. Otherwise move to the next solution.
2.Boot your computer in Safe Mode by pressing F8 at startup. Then go to My Computer and right-click on Disk C to select Properties from the dropdown menu. From the Tools tab, perform an error check and disk cleaning. 3.If the about two solutions doesn't work, the last one I can suggest you is to create a bootable disk. It is the most quick and effective way for you to solve the problem. You just need to download a software such as TenorshareWindows Boot Genius. It owns a better performance among all kinds of software I've used. Windows Boot Genius is a multiple windows repair tool which can be used to fix all computer errors, create bootable CD/USB, recover data lost and unlock windows password, etc.It is as easy as three steps to fix your computer by use the software:Step 1. Create a bootable usb or cd by this software

Step 2.Set your computer boot from CD or usb flash drive

Step 3.Fix computer blue screen after running up Windows Boot Genius

By the way, reinstall your operating system can also help you out if nothing important stores in it.

Performance tip: Do you have more that 1 hard drive in your Computer?

If you have 2 or more hard drives in your computer you can increase performance by moving your swap file (an old operating system trick to artificially create more memory space used by Windows, also called virtual memory or page file).
In XP(Other Windows OS's are similar):
Start Button -> Control Panel -> double click System icon.
-In the System Properties Box select Advanced.
-In the Advanced tab select settings located under Performance.
-In the new box select the Advanced tab.
-In the Advanced section select change located under Virtual Memory.
-Under Drives select the drive that has have your Operating System in and choose No paging file, click on set.
-Next select any other drive and select System Managed size, click on set. Click OK,OK,OK OK to restart.
Usually the bigger the drive the faster. The faster the better.
Windows can now access the swap file on 1 drive as it accesses data on the other instead of waiting for data from 1 drive.
This tip applies if you have 2 physical hard disk drives, not 2 drives in 1 disk.
If you are a gamer get another disk and do this trick.

Please help me to know whther the computer box is already reset, i had my engine done, replace piston rings , valves, etc. but the response is not the same as it was, what do you think is the problem ,...

Before tearing into things again, I would drive it for 100 miles or so. Automotive computers depend upon a number of systems to send it feedback as to the cars performance. As information comes in, the computer makes adjustments. When a trouble code exists, or a few, some computers will go into a type of fail safe mode where it will set all systems to a base set up (kind of like erasing your hard drive on your home computer and then reloading the operating system to start fresh). When the battery is disconected, it can sometimes have the same effect of rebooting your system. In short, I would drive the car for a 100 miles or so, allow the systems to send the computer feedback and to make adjustments, and then see if your performance returns to normal. If you did all of this work, I would expect that your performance (once systems have told the computer what adjustments to make) should be better than you remember. If it is not better or at least as good as you remember it should be, then I would start making adjustments and looking for problems. If that occurs, I would begin with the ignition system adjustments such as timing, dwell angle (unless it is a really old car and has points), coil output, plug wire resistance and plugs etc. If that didn't improve some performance, then I would check all of my valve adjustments, even small hundreths of mm or inches will cause significant performance issues. Check compression to be sure it is balanced. It could be any number or combination of issues. If you want more help, just post to let me know and I will try to talk you through some of the checks. It is really hard to say the issue without some information like: specific model year engine and types of components, as well as some of the readings from some testing.
Good Luck
