How do i use my cell phone as a modem for my tablet?

You can either use BlueTooth or setup a Wireless Hotspot (to share your cellular data access to your tablet via wifi), depending on the type of device you have.
Regardless, some carries do not allow this feature by default. You may have to call your cellular provider and ask them if your current account supports 'data tethering'.
If not, ask them to enable it, though there may be a fee.

If you don't want to pay the fee, you can present the point that you are paying for XGB of data, and how you use should not be restricted by the carrier. Sometimes they will waive the fee if you are aware that you can consume data quicker and potentially incur overage fees.
That said, if you are on an unlimited data plan, the carrier may not have a tethering option, as this would allow people to use their cellular data for all their devices at no additional cost. So you may have to switch from Unlimited data, to a data limit, in order to enable tethering.

Hope that helps.

Getting an error on console which repeats fairly regularly. Ideas? See content below event: Carrier check failure from node local:.lurker CSMA-CD station CSMACD-0

"The "carrier check" means that you have a network problem or a network transceiver or a transiever cabling problem. The Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection (CSMA/CD) protocol senses the network carrier as part of the IEEE 802.3 communications signalling, and your configuration is reporting an error.
You have a network problem, in other words.
Please contact your hardware support organization, as it would appear that you have a network problem, a network transceiver configuration or hardware problem, or a transceiver cabling problem."

Is relevant though.

I am using NOKIA-5233 and am not able to access internet and m receiving message as Packet Data Connection Not Available

Packet data connection unavailable is a carrier error that means either the amount of web access purchased on the account has been exceeded or that your internet connection needs to be reset. Either way you need to contact the carrier and report the problem for them to reset your internet counter in their system and then turn your phone off and restart it to clean the problem.

How to use my samsung b2100 as a modem?

Connect the phone to the computer via a USB cable. Then visit your carriers website and download the software necessary to tether your phone to your computer. Be wary of any data over charges and verify that your carrier allows tethering before doing so or you could have your service shut off or a healthy sized bill.

Transfer data

If you old device includes a "blue-tooth" feature then it should be equipped to transfer all your contacts via blue-tooth.

Now if your device DOES NOT have any "blue-tooth" feature, then you can visit your nearest carrier store, and transfer contacts using their handy tool.

Settings etc Nokia 2610 3G Network

Don't know what a 3 SIM is, but most off-brand carriers are reselling air time using one of the Primary Carriers network; AT&T, T-Mobile, or Sprint in the USA. Since the phone your are using was unlocked and not originally using the carrier your new SIM is using, it is a common issue getting the Data settings for the Carrier your SIM is now connection to.

So, first Google on 3 SIM carrier and find out what carrier or carriers network you are using, then Google for the Data Setting WAP/GPRS/EDGE/3G, what ever Data method(s) you want to use, and you will find the settings provided on someones website.

Note ringtones can be download on most sites using any data type, the CAB file can even be SMSed to you, or at least MMSed, via a message attachment.
