Best way to replace drum belt

how to replace drum belt on compact Axxis Dryer

- Have belt in position around drum and by motor. Question now is does the belt have to go around the steel pin coming out of the center of the motor and the plastic ribbed pully wheel, or just the pully wheel. Belt is ribbed on inside. Steel drive pin on motor is not ribbed where this belt would go. I'm inclined to say it should not go around the steel pin but just want to make sure.

The belt is acessable from the front of the dryer you can remove it by popping the top up then taking off the front of the dryer off the drum will come out now place the belt around the drum and put back in now the belt goes around the drum the motor pulley and under the tentioner pulley replace front and top and you are good to go thank you
