Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The screen is starting to crack. It has migrated toward the front of the touch screen. what should I do so that I don't lose access to my contacts, photos, memos, etc...? Is there a way to repair this?

Whatever happens to your screen does not affect your contacts, photos, memos, etc. If you want to fix it fine, have the screen replaced. There is no way you can prevent the progression of the "crack" process of the screen.

My phone has a crack.

Screen cracks are not pretty easy to do. I suggest to take it to a cellphone technician. It needs replacing.

Hope this helps.
