Download the Drivers for Audio for the HP Laptop that you are using. Once downloaded, install the drivers and restart the PC and check if the problem is fixed.

I dont have any sound, I got a message bottom right corner when I click on speaker icon "No Audio Output Device is installed" I think I need drivers for X-220 speakers, I can't find them...

You don't need a driver for the speakers, but a driver for the sound card installed inside your computer. If the computer came with that sound card then you can find the proper driver from the manyfacturer website -> Support section.

Sound drivers need to be reinstalled sometimes after iTunes updates or video game installs.

No audio output device is installed

Not knowing what type of motherboard you have, it could be one of the following:
1. No audio chipset installed
2. No drivers were loaded
3. drivers are corrupted

If running Windows XP go under "Control Panel","System","Hardware","Device Manager" and
check under Sound ( click on + ) to see what is installed..
