Jabra bt250v makes too much noise in a conversation

-   I have the same problem with three different BT250's when paired with a Nokia 6102I. Crackling noises in every conversation; doesn't matter where the phone is placed as regards the headset. And the extimated 30-odd feet connection distanct is a laugh. I wrote Jabra twice with this problem, never got a response. Called the toll-free number and never got an answer. Some support system, huh.
