I have bsnl usb data card --- zte

some thing ok all time this data card but they have no good speed all time any one sector pllllllll helps to me its posible to incresing my data card signall hwo can i do this iam also good tecnical hand like washing mic front loding,micro wave ,dish washer .etc i done all brand thanks ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
