Sorry, I don't have any experience with LG outside the KC910 however, you can generally remove programs and add-ons the same way you would on a computer. Find the file containing it then delete it. You may have to turn your phone off and then on to have this completed. In a worst case scenario, you may have to do a factory reset. Just make sure that you don't have the unwanted programs on a removable memory card which will allow it to reload after you do this. To do this enter 3845#*370# and select factory reset from the list. Should be about the 4th one down. If you have other than the GW370 model, just substitute your model number for the 370 in the code. Hope this helps.

Calls outside your area code need the area code. Some parts of the country use ten-digit phone numbers for local calls, in these cases the area code is needed. Other parts of the country use seven-digit phone numbers for local calls, in these cases the area code is not needed unless you're calling outside your area.
On these machines there should be a button for set up or maintance on the fax machine.
If you can find this you may need to scroll and find the setup menu and enter in the fax setup area to add these changes. There are other sections to add date and time and store copies to memory or even print and set junk mail to off.
If the machine is old you may try the internet to search for a manual for this product or seek the vendor for publication manuals.

When you do your automatic dialing, does the number include the area code?
ie. mine is 937 (937-xxx-xxxx)
If you don't have the area code put in with the rest of the number, that may be your problem. 1 is the country code for USA, so normally when you see a number that says +11234567890, its country code, area code, phone number.
+1(country)123(area code)4567890(phone number)
So anyway, the only thing I can think of is to put the area code in the phone numbers in your address book if they are not already there. Other than that, I dont know.
You have stored the persons name and number in the SIM memory, that is the fault- if you want to see their face and number, then store to phone memory..
