What if i want user to only enter character in a textbox?

Im learning animation. i m stuck at a point what if iwant user to only enter charaters in text field?
what code i should write for this?

The field should be set as an ALPHA ONLY field! I am talking from the data base side of programming. In data bases you set a field as Alpha, Numeric, or Text. I am not sure if you will have the same options.

How do I use alphabet keys on remote


Generally, entering text is carried out the same way as with most cell phones.
  • 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9: Enter a character to the position pointed by the cursor.
    • First press: enter the first character from a set of characters related to this button. Each subsequent press: you may change the entered character to the next one from this set.
    • 0: enter the space.
    • 1: enter a special character (punctuation marks, etc).
      • Up, Down, Left, Right after pressing 1 (special character entering mode): select the required character.

Forgot my patterm for m828c phone and now im locked out


if you forgot your pattern lock, just give few more tries to continue wrong efforts. at an instant, the OS will report 'attempts exceeded, enter with your gmail'. at this point just enter your email address and in the textbox for password just give value as 'NULL'. this will instantly ask for new pattern lock and you are done!

My mail did not open


  • Open up your internet browser whether it be firefox, internet explorer, or any preferred browse you use.
    Once open go to www.yahoo.com one there two textbox are there.
  • In the first Textbox i.e. "User-Id", enter your ID correctly.
  • 2nd Textbox is "Password",enter your password correctly.
  • Then Click on Sign In.
  • After open your Account go to the Inbox which is left side of the account.
  • Click on Inbox and select mail which is you want to read.

Restricting character input You can use the SetInputTextType command to restrict the characters that the user can enter in the text input dialog box. For example, suppose an application contains an input text field for users to provide a numeric value, such as their age, and that the input text field has the variable name ageVar. To ensure that the user enters only numeric values in the text input dialog box, you could add the following code to your application:
fscommand2("SetInputTextType", "ageVar", "Numeric");
When users open the input text dialog box, they can enter only numeric values in the text fields.

Letter after o broke


Go to start menu, accessories, system tools, character map. In here you can either copy and paste what you need or hold your mouse over a letter and it will give you a unicode command you can use to type that charater on your number pad.

Here is the small sample code. This will convert the lower case letter to upper case letter from left to right character by character.
