I have registered but can never login into Software Update Service Pro to ugrade my K750i software. I have even countless times requested fro a new password, regardless of many temporary passwords sent to me I can not login. I am told to contact my adminitrator.

- I had already downloaded the software into my PC, but everytime I doubclik on the icon it brings up a login window, and I can not bypass it. it is frustrating.Sep 18, 2007
- First time I downoaded and installed it, it required me to register before I could use Update Pro, I went through a 2 minute registering process creating a Username and a password. Then a link was sent to my inbox to confirm, wich I did, and a password was sent to me. But I still can not use it to login. Do I have the wrong software?Sep 18, 2007
- Hi there, it's StanManX again. I realized later that I was using 'Udpate Service Pro'. It is diffwerent from Update Service, hence it requires authorized high level access. I downoaded and installed the correct software, I was not able to use it yet, I get a 'server connection error" message, probably to do with my interner connection, or can it possibly be something else? I dont think you need to login for this update. just download this setup file from sonyericsson.com

How to use
1. Double-click on the Update Service icon on the desktop.
2. When Update Service is launched, the application accesses the Internet to download content that is needed to be able to run the service. This may take several minutes, depending on the Internet connection speed.
3. Choose your preferred language and follow the instructions that appear.
