I can't install the notefolio creador

i can't install the notefolio creador

I have downloaded the notefolio creator, but i have not been able to install it. It shows a this message:
"Microsoft Net Framework 1.1 or later is not installed. Microsoft net framework 1.1 is needed for TI notefolio creator software to function properly."
The thing is that i have Microsoft net frameword 3.5. I don't understand, what can i do?

- what the hell? it worked....taran is such a guru.
i get so confused with the terms such as SP and redistri.
i download one version of framework, its 20mb, others are 2mb, and then others are 100mb? why why why?

Hi,
Microsoft net framework 1.1 would be the latest one. Download the same from the link below :-
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=262D25E3-F589-4842-8157-034D1E7CF3A3&displaylang=en

Once you download the above, the issue would be fix.
