Sounds like your RAM isn't seated properly or maybe faulty. I've checked for beep codes, and although they differ slightly from BIOS to BIOS, they tend to be roughly the same. Open the case, take out the memory and re-seat it. If you have a spare memory slot, use that one, making sure that the plastic bits on the side have snapped back into place, and are straight.
