Question about Canon PIXMA MP530 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a Canon MPF30 and a just got a MP530. The setup tells me to remove any older versions of MP software. Since one is a photo printer and the other is not I would like to be able to run both of them on the same computer/network. Canon says I can't. I just don't beleive that, can anypne help? Thanks Ray
Have you tried installing the new software to a different directory? If you stay with the default installation it will over write anything previously put in there. If you go to a custom install you can choose where to put the files. choose something other than what is listed. After you install the new software then plug in the printer. Or plug it in when it asks you to.
