my web cam is not fount someone can help me plz

when I try to use crystaln eye webcam on acer 5520 I get camera busy.If I go to task manager it is not running.Can you help please.

well fist the size that it is says is creating the error is interesting. My guess is that the fault is because the picture you are trying to access is actually a GIF. If this is the case many camera software and even some of the graphic software will not read it. Try opening that picture in internet explorer and see what happens. To remove the fault what i would do is erase the picture or move it to another part of your hard drive. That way when you start the camera it will not be looking for that picture but another JPEG.
