Question about Xerox Phaser 8550DX Laser Printer
Does anyone know what to do?
One of your ink sticks has failed to move downward into the ink loader.
I believe the ,43 means Yellow, but open the area where you load your ink and check for a broken, cracked or otherwise stuck stick.
If you have to remove one, I suggest a screw, like a drywall screw, take one and twist it into the ink stick and back it or as many as you need to out. But your problem is a stuck ink stick.

Scale and offset voltage error too large. Something is wrong with the Electronics Module or Wave Amplifier.
that is pretty straight forward. More then likely the elsctronics module has failed. Wave amplifier is pretty unlikely.
If you do not have a maintenance agreement or under warranty, that is a very expensive module to replace.
Check @ 1-800-835-6100 to see if you are under warranty or have coverage.
