Bogs down at full thouldel tryed to adjust carberator

Hi
This is either a clogged muffler or carb. Take the off and see if it will rev. If not you need to clean carb and install a carb repair kit. Do not run long with muffler off.

My leaf blower only runs on idle only when choke is close. i clean the carb. 2 times and i replace the muffler

I have found that most of the homelite hand blowers have a tendancy to loosten the cylinder bolts, that causes a low vaccuum situation thru the carb and needing more fuel to run. I would recommend you completely dissassemble the engine and replace the cylinder gasket, Use the blue loc tight on all the bolts. Any of these engines that dont have a thru crankshaft to dispurse the vibration, tend to vibrate all the bolts loose.

BX 90 homelite leaf blower two idle screws

The initial setting is 1 1/2 turns out. Screw them all the way in and them turn them 1 1/2 turns out. This is the starting position and should start, it may need some final adjustments to run like you need it to run.
Remember more the screw is out the more fuel it will get.
Good Day.

Homelite ut o8107 blower 25cc will only idle

Hello:

Have you Removed the Muffler and Checked the Exhaust Port and Muffler for Carbin Restriction?
Remove the Muffler and Start the Unit. If the Operates Correctly, then the Spark Arrestor Screen is Clogged and the Muffler/Screen Requires Replacing.
Make Sure the Exhaust Port is Not Restricted Also.
Hope this Helps.

Good Luck

Respectfully
