Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
WEP is short for Wired Equivalency Privacy and it is a security protocol for Wi-Fi networks.
If it is asking for your WEP, you will need to know what the password you entered into you wireless router was. That same password will need to be entered into the field on your PS3.
If you are unsure of the password, try logging onto your wireless router and check the settings out under wireless security.
To identify your wireless router web page, type the model into Google and look for the online link. If you didn't set a admin password then the default one will still be active.
